These terms apply to Field Shift and this support website, operated by Mpen Apps, Vachou 9, 54629 Thessaloniki, Greece. Contact: mpenapps@protonmail.com. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

The game

Field Shift is a single-player color puzzle. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices permitted by Apple's terms. Scores, achievements, daily challenges, and boosts are game features with no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred for money. Saved progress is local; deleting app data or replacing your device without a usable backup can remove it.

Free play and optional ads

Each run includes one free shuffle. Further shuffles, a blocker-removal boost, or an eligible revive may be offered in exchange for voluntarily watching a rewarded ad. The stated reward is granted when the ad provider confirms completion. A video may be unavailable, and its duration and close controls are set by the provider; a fixed 30-second duration is not guaranteed. Automatic ad breaks may appear between runs or when returning to the menu after being away. Ads do not interrupt an active swipe. Ad privacy choices are described in the privacy policy.

Ad-Free purchase

Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. It removes automatic loss interstitials and app-open ads and provides three free shuffles per run instead of one. Optional rewarded videos for extra boosts remain available when explicitly selected. The App Store shows the applicable localized price and taxes before confirmation; the US base price is $4.99. Apple processes payment. Restore Purchases in Settings restores eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. Access depends on a valid purchase and successful entitlement verification. Network access may be needed to purchase or restore.

Refunds and EU consumer rights

For Apple-billed purchases, request a refund through Apple's refund service. Applicable rights concerning withdrawal, digital-content conformity, updates, repair, price reduction, or termination are preserved. Where legally permitted, immediate supply of digital content may affect a withdrawal right only after the express consent and acknowledgment required by law. These terms do not themselves obtain or waive that consent. If a purchased feature does not work, contact us; nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fair use and ownership

Do not interfere with the service, manipulate ad rewards or purchase verification, infringe others' rights, or use the app unlawfully. Game artwork, audio, branding, and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Rights to inspect, modify, or reverse engineer software that cannot be excluded by law are preserved. Third-party software licenses remain applicable to their components.

Availability and updates

We may provide fixes, compatibility updates, and changes to game balance. We aim to preserve purchased benefits and will not remove a paid entitlement without an applicable legal reason or remedy. Internet-dependent features rely on third-party availability. We do not promise continuous ad availability or uninterrupted third-party services. We provide legally required updates and remedies for paid digital content where applicable.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided without additional promises beyond these terms and statutory rights. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is unlawful, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for any other loss is determined by applicable law. Third-party links and ads are operated by their own providers.

Age and access

The app is intended for users aged 13 or above, subject to a higher local minimum age. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must authorize use and any purchase as required by law. The App Store's age rating describes content suitability and does not override these rules.

Law and disputes

Greek law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence. EU consumers may use the courts and dispute mechanisms available to them under applicable law. Contact us first if you would like help resolving a problem. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game or law. Material changes will be communicated with an updated effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. Questions and complaints: mpenapps@protonmail.com, or the postal address above.
