Purchase missing?

Open Field Shift → Settings → Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used to buy the upgrade. For refunds, visit Apple's refund service.

Reporting a problem

Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and what happened. A screenshot can help. Please do not send passwords, card details, or a full purchase receipt unless specifically needed.

Privacy and advertising

Change ad consent under Settings → Ad privacy choices when available, and disable optional analytics under Settings → Share anonymous analytics. Read our privacy policy for data rights and contact details.
